Upper parking deck resident amenity improvement project- $1,100,000.00. This included management of multiple subs adding IPE decks, hot tub, tennis courts, grill stations, new perimeter LED lighting/ fencing, arranging of numerous trades materials from the ground to the 100’ tall parking deck with heavy equipment, additional electrical and structural steel beams/columns added below the top of the parking deck to provide support to all additional amenity items mentioned above. This project was professionally managed by licensed general contractor Matthew Hawkins.
